sentosa here i come.. 4:20 PM

first n foremost.. happy belated burfdae nyai [grandma in indon]..

yesterday was grandma's 66th burfdae..

went to geylang first thing in the morn..

bought kain for nyai as a burfdae gift..

so.. then.. rested at grandma's hse at chai chee..

after asar prayers went to beach road to eat..

then.. soon after went home..

todae.. went to tmall to take sis' phone..

it was reserved coz last tym wen we came.. it was out of stock..

so now.. she has a new hp..

jealous a bit though.. haha.. but hu cares..

i gt mine earlier this yr..

gonna change it in april 2008..

hehe..

so.. heck with it..

p.s. to wana.. if u're reading this.. jgn kecik hati..

coz we did nt ajak u.. so sorri..

hmm.. on the 5th of december..

went to sentosa.. as a volunteer at masjid al-ansar..

it was sum kind of a 1 day camp

with mar n her sis..

so.. here's the schedule...

7.05 am ~ met mar n her sis at tamp mrt station..

7.30 am ~ reached al-ansar mosque

7.30 - 8 am ~ ate breakfast.. but i cldnt eat..

8 am ~ berangkat to sentosa.. bus was provided..

fyi, there's onli like 6 volunteers..

3 gals n 3 guys.. n well while sitting in one of the classroom for breakfast..

we felt like as if we were over age.. hehe...

so niwae..bus ride to sentosa was smooth sailing..

everyone was damn quiet inside the bus..

except for me.. i was like damn kecoh inside the bus..

hehe.. then.. cam-whore.. here n there.. ahax!

reached at sentosa...

games were organised by nu quest management..

first was the ice breaker game.. as usual..

so then.. the ygsters were divided according to their grp given..

one was blue grp.. the other was purple grp..

me, mar n her sis [anati].. always sticked to the blue grp..

hehe..since mar always wanted to go to the 2nd lvl where the blue grp were..

so then.. we helped them out.. then. it was tea break..

after tea break.. we followed the blue grp.. we participated in the ball game..

hehe.. this ball game.. we r supposed to toss the ball in the air..

the challenge to this game is that we haf to keep the ball off the ground..

during the trial rounds.. esp at the start.. the grp was very reluctant to play..

sorry to sae this.. but esp the gals in the grp.. [excluding us, the volunteers..]

so.. at last.. during the trial runs.. the highest no. we manage to keep the ball off the ground was 56..

so.. then.. we had to challenge the other grp..

the other grp played it first within a timing of 3 minutes..

we observed them..

so then.. it was our turn...

we manage it to count till 100+[this was our countings].. hehe..

but the actual fact.. it was below 100 coz a few of us.. kept on tossing the ball for a few consecutive counts..

alas.. guess who won??

definitely.. the... blue grp!! yay!! haha.. we gt a score of 75.. n thats above our target of 70..

the other grp manage to get a score of 57.. hehe..

yeehaa!!! 3 cheers n 3 cheers for blue grp...

hip2 hooray.. hip2 hooray.. hip2 hooray~!!!

hmm.. after debriefing on the game..

it was lunch time.. ate a lil bit oni.. nt much apetite eventhough i was hungry..

so.. after lunch.. went for zohor prayers..

hmm.. so.. assisted the grp in sum grp werk..

so then.. they were seprated into 6 grps..

n each grp has a volunteer..

i was in grp 1..

hmm.. dis was amazing race style..

my grp manage to get to the bonus checkpoints..

we did both challenge..

first was the skipping rope challenge..

my grp manage to skip 7 times..

den went uphill to dragon trail.. did another bonus challenge..

mickey puzzle.. yay!!! my fav cartoon character..

hehe..was the fastest grp of 6 mins.. yay!!

so.. went back n arrived at the starting point ard 4.10+..

so. juz pass up the thing..

den debrief n sum presentations..

last was sum dedication frm nu quest management

den.. it was the winning grps for the amazing race thingy..

n guess who won??

so then.. went back to al-ansar..

that tym.. it was raining at sentosa..

hmm.. was almost wet.. then.. on the way back home..

the ppl in the bus was kecoh.. hmm..

solat maghrib at al-ansar..

then.. gt freebies.. n.. home sit home..

eventhough it was a tiring day.. i had a total great fun!!!
